Privacy & accounts
Google sign-in verifies your account identity. We request your Google subject identifier, name, email address and email-verification status. We do not request Gmail messages or contacts, and do not retain Google access tokens after sign-in.
New accounts start as Reader. Administrators assign writing, publishing and file-management levels. Draft articles and files not attached to a published article are available only to authorized accounts. Published articles and their attachments are available to readers. Every comment requires moderator approval before it appears.
Your display name appears with published articles and comments. Email addresses and administrative records stay private. Files are stored in a private Backblaze bucket and downloads check current permissions. Session cookies keep you signed in; local storage remembers display preferences.
Deleted content moves to recoverable trash. Revisions, activity history and backup snapshots are retained. Disabling an account revokes access and does not automatically erase its articles or audit records. Contact the site owner through the contact page for account or data requests.
