ORIGINAL ARABIC SOURCE TEXT

10ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ ذُكِرَ الْحَائِكُ لأبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) أَنَّهُ مَلْعُونٌ فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا ذَاكَ الَّذِي يَحُوكُ الْكَذِبَ عَلَى الله وَعَلَى رَسُولِهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه).

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from certain individuals of his people in a marfu’ manner from Abu ‘Abdillah عليه السلام who has said the following: “It was mentioned before Abu ‘Abdillah عليه السلام that the weaver (knitting) is condemned. The Imam said, ‘It is the one who weaves and fabricates lies against Allah and the Messenger of Allah.”’
